My desire is to create things that are spiritual and inspirational enough for today. I want to create art that will invite people into the picture rather than telling them the whole story. I like to be inclusive with my art and have often focused on other cultures.
The images you see are representative of a lifetime of work which I have recently been revisiting in the process of creating notecards from photographs. This is because we have acquired a Xerox phaser printer with which I am quite fascinated at the moment. That is why I have converted my website to the notecards for the time being.
This does not mean, however, that new things and old things are not to be available. At the parish of Holy Spirit in New Castle, Delaware, I have been given the use of a large former classroom that we are naming The Fiesole Studio after our Dominican brother, Fra Angelico. Opposite to this room will eventually be a Gift Shop/Gallery which will be operated as a parish project under the direction of our Pastor, Fr. Tim Nolan.
